Maclear is a p2p crowd lending platform regulated by Swiss law, which provides confidence and safety to all our investors and counterparties. The Maclear platform allows investors to invest in European companies that have passed strict due diligence and earn up to 16,5% annually. According to Swiss law, the SRO (Self-Regulated Organization) regulates, verifies, and monitors our company. We proudly declare that Maclear AG is a PolyReg Services GmbH SRO member and complies with all applicable AML and GDPR requirements. The company underwent a successful audit in April 2023 by Grant Thornton AG . This audit validated Maclear AG's readiness for crowd-lending activities and its strict adherence to Swiss AMLA regulations. Commission Model: CPL (Cost Per Lead): €8 per lead when a customer makes their first investment. CPS (Cost Per Sale): 3% of the investment amount from a referred user is paid to the influencer + 3% cashback is given to the invited investor. Reward Validity Period: The reward is calculated for user actions performed within 90 days from their registration date. Commission Rules: The commission per lead (CPL) The commission per lead (CPL) is paid after the user makes their first successful investment. The investment project must be fully funded (otherwise, the funds are returned to the investor). The commission per sale/investment (CPS) is paid after the project in which the funds were invested is fully funded and the funds are transferred to the borrower. Its main goal is to ensure a stable cash flow for investors. Collateral Agent: In case of more serious issues, Maclear acts as a Collateral Agent. We initiate the legal process for debt recovery, sale of the collateral, and proportional distribution of the proceeds among the investors of that project.
