LANDE is a crowdlending platform that focuses exclusively on collateral-backed agricultural loans, b ringing together farmers and investors on three European markets: Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania. The platform was launched in 2020 and has issued more than EUR 40 million in loans to small and medium-sized farms to help them develop and expand. Investors have collectively earned more than EUR 3 million from LANDE projects, with average interest rates ranging from 10% to 12%. LANDE's main strengths: Every published project on the platform is secured with collateral consisting of land, machinery or grain; Projects published on the platform feature low LTV ratios (average LTV 44%); LANDE is licensed as a Crowdfunding Service Provider by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA); Partnership with payment service provider LemonWay secures transactions on the platform. For affiliates CPL 10 EUR per lead (approved registration - accepted by Lemonway with 2 IDs mandatory); CPS 1% per investment made within 365 days of registering.
